Your truck throws the rocks. Your ski catches them.

A rock guard bolts to your PWC trailer’s frame, standing in front of the ski — between your tow vehicle’s rear tires and your hull.

One part number, one price. There is no size to get wrong on this one. Duties, taxes and door-to-door delivery are already in it.

How many skis on the trailer?

Two taps, no tape measure. This is the only thing that decides whether we can fit you — including if we can’t.

What’s the road to your ramp?

This one changes nothing about your guard and nothing about your price. It just tells us who we’re building for.

Not sure your trailer is a single? Text a photo of its front end to (385) 560-6792 — a person will tell you yes or no, free.

We’re not going to sell you one and find out.

What we can do instead

Text or email a photo of your trailer’s front end and a person will tell you yes, no, or what it would take. It costs nothing and we won’t put you on a list.

We’d rather turn you away here than sell you something that doesn’t fit and make you freight it back to Australia.

Your fit: the D-Flector J100.

Confirmed

There is no size to get wrong on this one. One J100 fits single PWC trailers — Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Kawasaki.

Still to check

your trailer’s frame tube size — sets your U-bolts

Text us a photo any time before it ships, or we’ll ask. You don’t need a tape measure to order.

We don’t fit every rig. Double and stacker trailers get turned away at question one — including yours, if it had been one.

Where it goes

It stands on the trailer, in front of the ski. Your truck throws gravel backward and up off its rear tires; the mesh takes it before it reaches the hull.

A trailerable cover is fabric laid over the ski. This is a stainless screen standing in front of it, on the trailer. They do different jobs, and plenty of owners run both.

We’re not going to run the math on this one

On a jet ski the chips are small and the repairs are cheap — a color kit and an afternoon. If we built you a damage table here, you’d do the division in four seconds and catch us out.

So here is the honest version: this is worth it if you tow on gravel often enough that you are tired of finding new marks, or if the ski is new enough that you don’t want the first one. If you tow on clean pavement to the same ramp every weekend, you probably don’t need this.

Fitted in your driveway

  • 0 holes drilled. It clamps to the trailer with galvanized U-bolts.
  • 2 wrenches. No welding, no cutting, no permanent change to your rig.
  • Fully reversible. It bolts to the trailer, not the ski — sell the ski and the guard stays with you.

See how it fits, deflects and comes off again.

If it doesn’t fit

Text or email us a photo of your trailer’s front end before you open the box and we’ll tell you straight whether it will fit. That check is free and it’s the fastest way to be sure.

Returns: 60 days from delivery, unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging. Email us first and we’ll send the return address. Change-of-mind and wrong-size return freight is yours; if we shipped the wrong part or it arrived damaged, it’s ours. Full terms →

Who makes it

The mesh is the wear part. When it eventually goes you re-panel it — you don’t re-buy the guard. Replaceable panels, YKK zips, spares stocked, three-year frame warranty.

Melbourne, Australia. Same shop since 2007. It’s made there because that’s where the tooling and the welders are. That’s also why it’s about two weeks and not two days.

The frame is 316 marine-grade stainless, not powder-coated mild steel. It’s the grade specified for salt spray and repeated launches.
